Returning faulty or damaged goods

Purchases are packaged with due care, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 10 days of receipt for replacement. Please also e-mail us at the time of receipt to indicate damage, so we can investigate. We will compensate your postage costs.

Returning goods after changing your mind

The Distance Selling Regulations, says you may return any item (except earrings - for hygiene reasons) for any reason within 7 working days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that all postage costs will have to be borne by the customer when changing your mind.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure items for return are packed in such a way to avoid damage, if we receive a item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging by the purchaser, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage.
